Salary up to £36,000 (pro rata) + bonus
About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a leading luxury house within their Homeware department on a 3-month fixed term contract. We are looking for a client-focused individual with strong retail experience and a passion for luxury lifestyle products.
You will deliver exceptional client service in a refined, considered retail environment, supporting sales and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service and product knowledge
- Support sales across the Homeware department
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain excellent visual and operational standards
- Support the wider team in day-to-day store activity
About You
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally homeware
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confident, approachable, and client-focused
- Interest in luxury homeware or lifestyle products
- Positive attitude and strong team player
