Salary: GBP14 – GBP14 per hour

Connect Appointments is recruiting an Administrator to join an established business based in Grangemouth on a temporary ongoing basis – covering a period of sick leave.

Our client operates a busy office environment, requiring an experienced administrator with a working knowledge of Xero accounting software to support the team on a day-to-day basis.

What’s on offer?

  • Ongoing temporary position
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm
  • £14.00 per hour, paid weekly

As an Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Providing general administrative support across the business on a day-to-day basis
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders and financial documents accurately
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable using Xero accounting software
  • Reconciling financial records and maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Handling emails, queries and correspondence professionally and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems and supporting the wider office team as required

To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a busy administrative environment
  • A working knowledge of Xero accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial documentation
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload independently
