Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Business Partner – Interim | 12-Month FTC | London | Hybrid

Pitch Hill Partners is working exclusively with a fast-growing data & AI consultancy to find a senior commercial finance professional for a 12-month contract role.

The brief:

• Represent the Finance voice across five business units – embedded, trusted, commercially sharp
• Drive business partnering from day one and leave behind frameworks that outlast the contract
• Own forecasting, budgeting, reforecasting and P&L – with real influence on decisions
• Work closely with the Head of FP&A and CFO in a high-growth, PE-backed environment

You’ll bring:

• 8+ years in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering
• A background in consulting, professional services or PE-backed business
• The ability to build trust quickly with non-finance stakeholders
• CIMA / ACCA / ACA preferred
