Reablement Support Specialist (Level 2)

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Community Reablement Assistant (Level 2) to support adults over 18 in Hampshire, helping them regain independence and stay at home. You’ll work with Occupational Therapists, Sensory Officers and health colleagues in a collaborative team across Central Hampshire, including Winchester.
