About the Role: We are seeking a Team Leader to support the Care Manager, and Care Coordinator/Field Supervisor in all aspects of care management. You will encourage staff, assist in supervision and induction, and review rotas and rostering plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the caregiving team
- Collaborate closely with the Care Coordinator for effective team coordination
- Assist in administrative support roles to streamline operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies
- Participate in on-call rota to ensure staff have access to advice, guidance, and support in emergencies
- Facilitate effective team communication, support induction, and ensure records are up to date
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in administrative support roles is advantageous
- Proficient in health and safety risk assessments and incident report uploads
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Experience as a senior support worker or team leader within residential, supported living, or domiciliary care
