As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across your territory while acting as a trusted product expert for our vascular access portfolio. You’ll work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, IV specialists and key decision-makers to identify opportunities, support product adoption, deliver education, and build long-term partnerships. This is a varied role combining sales success, account development, clinical education and strategic territory management.
Sales & Business Growth Deliver and exceed territory sales targets and growth objectives Develop and execute strategic territory/account plans Identify and convert opportunities within NHS and healthcare accounts Support product evaluations, conversions, tenders and contract implementation Build strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders Deliver product demonstrations, training and troubleshooting support Support clinical implementation projects that improve outcomes
Account Management Build trusted partnerships across contracted accounts Planning & Reporting Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reporting Produce sales forecasts, training records and market insights Manage diary, travel and territory planning effectively
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with clinical credibility.
Experience managing accounts and/or developing territories Strong presentation, training and stakeholder engagement skills Full UK driving licence and access to a car
