OTE: £80,000 – £85,000

Bonus up to 25% + profit share

The Role

We’re recruiting for an Electrical Site Manager to lead HV power projects, ideal for someone with a hands‑on electrical background who can command respect on technically complex sites.

This is NOT a clipboard‑only role, you’ll be working closely with teams and subcontractors on live projects.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing site delivery on HV projects
• Coordinating teams (5–20 operatives + subcontractors)
• Ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets
• Reporting into Installation Team Manager
• Acting as the technical point of contact on site

Requirements

• Strong electrical background (hands‑on essential)
• Experience in HV / substation environments
• Previous site leadership
• National Grid authorisations / DNO
