Residential Service Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a residential care home in Hastings, East Sussex. The home provides support for adults with Prader‑Willi syndrome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver person‑centred care.
• Ensure best practice in social care and continuous service improvement.
• Oversee effective people and process management.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
• Previous managerial experience in a similar environment.

Preferred:

• Commitment to high quality care.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Strong decision making, organisational and communication skills.
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
