A leading hospitality company that combines bar, restaurant, and atmosphere, with a strong training programme and a major new opening on the horizon, is looking to strengthen its senior management team.

The role is a proactive Opening General Manager, leading from the front. This is not a desk‑based position; you will need to be present on the floor, driving standards, energy, and service.
The business offers a mix of food, drinks, music, and experience, and being part of it will add real weight to your CV as you grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the full operation across multiple revenue streams
- Ensure objectives, plans, and programmes align with the company’s growth strategy and budgets
- Deliver strong commercial results and hit financial targets
- Support and develop the wider management team
- Full responsibility for site P and L
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 4 years experience as a General Manager
- Strong strategic and operational skillset
- Solid experience working within the London market
- Proven track record of driving growth and profitability
- High-volume experience and a genuine passion for hospitality
Late‑night or bar experience would be a strong advantage.
