Who You Are

  • Passion for customer service and relationship‑based sales
  • 1+ year of experience in automotive sales or commission‑based sales
  • Motivation to succeed in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environmentValid VSA License and BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to build trust and long‑term customer relationships
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems (DealerSocket experience is an asset)

Schedule

Full‑Time

Compensation

$100,000 – $130,000 annually (Full commission)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Promoting and selling new and pre‑owned Genesis vehicles
  • Delivering a luxury, consultative sales experience from first contact to delivery
  • Explaining vehicle features, warranties, and finance options clearly and confidently
  • Completing sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
  • Following up with customers to drive repeat and referral business
  • Staying current on product knowledge, market trends, and brand standards
