Founded in 2022, we’ve built our reputation on integrity, transparency and genuinely caring about the people we work with. We’re now expanding our team, including new US and European desks, and we want ambitious graduates to help us grow. We’re based near Bank in the City of London, with hybrid working in place.

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, advertising and networking
• Studying the ServiceNow market and advising clients on hiring strategy
• Sourcing candidates against specific client requirements, from Technical Consultants and Developers to Business Analysts and Pre‑Sales
• Organising interview schedules and assessment processes
• Coaching candidates to help them succeed at interview
• Making placements and earning your commission

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree educated
• Confident people skills, articulate and a strong communicator
• Competitive and money motivated
• Hard working, with evidence to back it up
• Curious about technology, or willing to learn: you don’t need to know ServiceNow already, but you’ll need to want to understand it
