Graduate Civil Engineer 2026 – Infrastructure

Locations: Sizewell, Suffolk (England – East)

Our Graduate Development Programme is a full‑time role that provides hands‑on engineering experience and professional qualification support.

What will you be doing?

• Assist Site Engineers with setting out/engineering control.
• Support safe working environment creation.
• Provide information to operatives and subcontractors.
• Complete diary sheets and required photographic evidence.
• Assist with material reconciliations.
• Ensure calibration of surveying equipment.
• Carry out as‑built surveys on complete works and drawings.
• Produce 2D/3D site sketches.
• Maintain quality records and as‑built records in line with Inspection & Test Plans.
• Assist in basic planning, monitoring & programming.
• Control and minimise waste on site.
• Introduce new processes, techniques and innovations on site.
• Ensure company property under your control is stored securely.

This role starts September 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start.
