Overview

Current vacancy for a care home provider covering the Milton Keynes area. You will be overseeing the FM contracts ensuring all day to day repairs, PPM and compliance areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management contracts for day-to-day repairs, planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and compliance.

Key skills / background

• FM knowledge and ideally have worked within a client-side role
• Empathy with residents
• Good engagement and communication skills
• Experience in financial management and SOR experience
• Contract management of service partners
• M&E (Hard Services)
