I am currently working with a well-established and expanding law firm seeking an Employment Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join their growing Employment team. The Role
The successful candidate will advise both employers and individuals across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You will be involved in varied and high-quality work while collaborating closely with other departments within the firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
Advising clients on a wide range of employment law mattersHandling employment tribunal claims and assisting with litigation processesDrafting and preparing court bundles, witness statements, and legal documentationDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreementsSupporting the corporate team with the employment aspects of business sales, acquisitions, and restructuringProviding clear, practical advice to both employer and employee clientsSupporting business development initiatives and building client relationships
