Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on‑site engineering and technical activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure construction works comply with company quality standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
Support project planning activities, track construction progress, and monitor project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical and operational matters, providing timely resolutions and maintaining proper documentation.
Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress reports and progress claim submissions.
Supervise site teams, including supervisors and foremen, to ensure compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices are implemented and maintained on site.
Recommend value‑engineering initiatives, cost‑saving measures, and innovative construction solutions.
Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in LTA projects, especially in the construction and management of cycling paths, commuter infrastructure, or related civil engineering works.
