About the Role

We’re looking for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineers to join a growing team across the South East and London. Whether you’re an experienced engineer or looking to step up into more technical environments, this is a chance to work on a wide range of systems, including high-profile and critical sites like data centres and commercial buildings. You’ll be part of a supportive team where your development is taken seriously, and no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Service, maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling systems
  • Working on equipment such as chillers, AHUs, CRAC units and pumps
  • Occasional install and project work
  • Building strong relationships with clients on-site
  • Taking part in a 1-in-6 on‑call rota (well paid and structured)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in refrigeration, air conditioning, or HVAC
  • F‑Gas certification (or working towards it)
  • A practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence

Nice to have

  • Chiller experience
  • Formal qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)
  • Experience in critical environments (e.g. data centres)

What You’ll Get

  • £50,000–£55,000 basic salary
  • £65,000–£75,000 realistic earnings (door‑to‑door travel paid)
  • Company van + fuel card (personal use included)
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 5% pension contribution
  • Private medical insurance
  • Bi‑annual bonus scheme

On‑call package

  • £150 per week standby
  • Minimum 4 hours paid per callout (overtime rate)

Why Join Us

  • Work on a variety of equipment and major manufacturers
  • Get exposure to data centres and critical infrastructure
  • Ongoing training and career development (including electrical, controls, and leadership pathways)
  • Supportive team environment—not just “another engineer on the rota”
  • Real opportunities to progress as the company grows
