Head of Facilities Operations & Transformation

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Head of Service for Facilities Management. This senior leader will oversee the provision of strategic, operational, commercial, and contractual leadership across all Facilities Services, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a budget of £35m and direct management of over 600 staff, contributing significantly to the strategic direction by operationalizing the Board’s strategic plan.
