Overview

We are now recruiting for a Clinical Director to join the team at a thriving RCVS accredited small animal practice in the stunning Perth area of Central Scotland on the Highlands borders.

• Excellent full‑time permanent opportunity includes 1 in 5 on call rota with TOIL.
• Practice is an established, purpose‑built, RCVS‑accredited small animal practice with up‑to‑date technologies and equipment.
• Role is ideal for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon ready to step into a senior leadership position.
• Desirable to lead and develop a team, play a key role in practice development, and take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work.
• A particular clinical interest or certificate pursuit will be supported.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Willingness to play a key role in practice development.
• Ability to take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work.
