Alecto Recruitment is partnering with an established company within the Anaerobic Digestion sector who is seeking an experienced Feedstock & Digestate Manager to join their team in Peterborough.

The Role will require:

• Identify feedstock sources and opportunities.
• Cultivate leads and track them through to completion.
• Organise, plan, and schedule feedstock deliveries across the portfolio of sites, ensuring they arrive on time and to expected specifications.
• Maintain a testing and monitoring regime on new and existing feedstock lines.
• Internal teamwork with operations, finance, and maintenance teams.
• Engagement with farmers, contractors, suppliers, and landowners.
• High levels of autonomy and initiative.
• Understanding of procurement strategies to balance operational and financial requirements of the sites.
• Supporting the operations team as required for major works including de-grits.

Your experience and skills:

• Higher education/degree in a relevant field e.g. Agriculture, Agronomy etc
• Additional qualifications such as FACTS are desired but not essential
• A valid UK driving licence
• Experience working in the anaerobic digestion, commercial farming, or waste sector
