Salary Range
- $145,000 – $165,000 annually
What is the challenge?
- Manage day-to-day branch operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
- Recruit and develop employees.
- Complete any additional tasks or projects as requested.

- Sales Savvy. You have a successful B2B sales record and work with the sales team to evaluate estimates, quotes, bids and proposals to maximize selling effort at optimum cost, aligning with budgetary guidelines.
- Managing the Bottom Line. Direct all operational aspects of the branch (human resources, parts, service, administration) to support achieving monthly and annual budgets, develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans, while controlling receivables.
- Relationships. Build positive working relationships across branches, management, and leadership teams through initiatives, meetings, and sharing best practices; receive support from Regional Manager and corporate-level leaders.
- Diligence. Identify financial or operational deficiencies, develop creative solutions, and ensure safe work conditions by addressing hazards or dangers promptly.
