Test Manager

Location: Telford, UK (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and govern quality strategies, ensuring alignment across programmes with full functional and non-functional coverage.
• Drive quality ownership across the lifecycle through audits, reviews, and continuous process improvements.
• Identify risks early, influence design for testability, and lead release readiness assessments.
• Act as a senior quality advisor, mentoring teams and embedding best testing practices.
• Oversee test artefacts, automation frameworks, and CI/CD integration for robust delivery.
• Ensure optimal test environments, tools, and datasets for efficient execution.
• Deliver insightful reporting to stakeholders, enabling data-driven quality decisions.
