Overview
We’re working with a forward-thinking and fast-growing conveyancing firm that’s expanding due to significant client demand. They’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Team Leader to join their dynamic team. You’ll take on a leadership position with a strong focus on mentoring and developing your team. You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and ready to support where needed, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and quality service.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote conveyancers
- Manage a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on team development and performance
- Maintain high standards of client care and compliance
- Provide training and guidance to ensure ongoing team success
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing with exposure to a broad range of files
- Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support team members at all levels
Location
This is a fully remote, work-from-home role. However, if you prefer hybrid working, the company’s head office in Swansea is open to you.
Salary
Up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus a generous bonus structure.
