We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead one of the company’s busiest bakery sites, located in the heart of Borough Market.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bakery. You will oversee operations, maintain exceptional standards, and drive both team performance and commercial success.As Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for managing stock, audits, and compliance, monitoring sales and labour costs, and maintaining full P&L awareness. You will also lead recruitment, training, and rota planning, while ensuring consistently outstanding customer service and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
