About You
- Leasing Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self‑motivated.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
- Confident communicating with customers over phone, email and online, in a busy environment.
- Ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
- To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
- Experience, skills and previous responsibilities relevant to a Leasing Sales Executive role.

Training
For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll attend a residential induction academy and a further 3 days during your first month.
