Hybrid HR Lead – People Strategy & Inclusion (Part‑Time)

Action Together is seeking a dedicated HR Lead in Manchester to support the values of our organisation. This role involves developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring equity and inclusion are at the core of our culture.

To thrive in this position, candidates should possess solid HR knowledge, ideally CIPD Level 5, and the ability to function independently in a small, values-led environment. Flexible working arrangements are available, including hybrid options.

A competitive salary of £28,800 per annum, increasing to £33,054 upon achieving CIPD Level 5, is offered.
