Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: prospect and acquire new strategic accounts while expanding your project portfolio.
  • Identify high‑value‑added business opportunities within existing clients and potential prospects.
  • Collaborate with Competence Center Managers and internal stakeholders on complex tender processes.
  • Effectively present the full range of Methods’ service offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster loyalty to build long‑term, profitable partnerships.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments (technical management, structured projects, competence centres, etc.).
  • Continuously monitor client technologies and industry trends to proactively anticipate future needs.
  • Financial management of your customer portfolio: drive revenue growth and expand business turnover, and optimise margin performance.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years’ proven track record in industry, services or IT‑related roles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results‑driven attitude.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated to progress into leadership or management positions.

Security Clearance – This role requires you to have or be willing to obtain Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required can be found on the government website Gov.UK. Failure to meet this and any associated criteria may delay or result in rejection of your employment. Details will be discussed at interview.
