Design Manager | Lead on £20m Residential Project

Davis Mills is looking for an experienced and talented Design Manager in Virginia Water, with a focus on managing design processes for a prime residential new build valued at £20m. This role involves working closely with the Project Manager to implement design strategies and oversee risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, a background in value engineering, and relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND in Architecture or Construction Technology. Opportunities for either permanent or freelance contracts are available.
