- Proven experience in joinery, with a strong practical background
- Demonstrable leadership or supervisory skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment

What you’ll do
- Lead and support a team of joiners and apprentices on daily production tasks
- Manage workflow and scheduling to meet deadlines and optimise efficiency
- Carry out complex joinery tasks, including cutting, assembling, and finishing
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Liaise with the Workshop Manager and coordinate activities across the shopfloor
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training development
