Role Overview
As the Project Delivery Lead for the London region you will manage the contract delivery of planned maintenance and investment works across your allocated schemes. You will ensure projects meet group and contract requirements, deliver to the correct quality, performance standards and customer service expectations, monitor progress, resolve issues, achieve value for money, and ensure health and safety compliance, including CDM obligations.
Responsibilities
- Manage major works or planned maintenance contracts within a construction, housing or repairs environment.
- Deliver multiple projects to agreed quality, cost, programme and customer service standards.
- Manage contractor performance, resolve issues and achieve value for money.
- Ensure health and safety compliance, including CDM, across live construction environments.
- Support investment planning, shape efficient programmes, consult with customers and stakeholders, and provide clear reporting to the Regional Investment Manager.
- Accurately return completion and handover information on time and fully comply with health and safety requirements, including CDM obligations.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience managing major works or planned maintenance contracts within a construction, housing or repairs environment.
- Demonstrated delivery of multiple projects to agreed quality, cost, programme and customer service standards.
- Strong track record of managing contractor performance, resolving issues and achieving value for money.
- Practical experience ensuring health and safety compliance, including CDM, across live construction environments.
- Relevant building qualification such as HNC, HND, or equivalent experience gained over several years in a similar role.

- Strong experience managing major works contractors within a construction or repairs environment, ensuring safe and high-quality delivery for on-site and off-site teams.
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements, CDM, building regulations and contract or project management systems.
- Relevant building qualification or equivalent experience gained over several years in a similar role.
