Café Supervisor

Job Title: Cafe Supervisor – Rothesay Rooms

Located in Ballater, Rothesay Rooms is a bustling café that celebrates Scottish produce and community spirit. We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to lead our front‑line team and ensure a top‑quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations to maintain high standards of product and service.
• Supervise, manage and motivate the team.
• Support the management team in improving sales and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy café or hospitality environment (supervisory experience preferred).
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Local to Ballater or willing to commute.
• Availability for Wednesday‑Sunday shifts, typically 9am‑5pm, with occasional evening events.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time, permanent role (possible job‑share).
• 5 days a week (Wednesday‑Sunday).
• Annual salary: £28,288.
