What You’ll Do:
- Optimize internal material flow to ensure seamless delivery to production lines
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Kaizen)
- Design and implement Mizusumashi (water spider) systems for JIT efficiency
- Analyze logistics processes and drive cost, quality, and throughput improvements
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels and material availability
- Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams
- Use data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and process enhancements
- Support and mentor teams on best practices in logistics and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in internal logistics / manufacturing operations
- Strong background in Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience implementing Mizusumashi systems (highly preferred)
- Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory tools, and data analysis
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change in a fast-paced environment
