Supported by the Client Development, Marketing, and Resourcing teams, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and generating high-quality candidates that truly meet client needs. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role that combines intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and proactive business development telephone calling. You will always promote the full range of products and services ensuring solutions are right for the client
Achieve agreed activity and billing targets Generate successful outcomes from sales and business development calls Source and generate high-quality candidates Cross-sell all aspects of the company’s products and services Act as a brand champion and ambassador Evaluate and manage performance in line with company expectations Maintain accurate, high-quality data within the CRM system mentor and support colleagues to achieve personal goals
