Managing Quantity Surveyor – Derbyshire – Highways

We are seeking a senior leadership professional to oversee the commercial delivery of multiple smaller-value public realm and civil engineering projects, including highways improvements, streetscape works, junction upgrades, regeneration and associated infrastructure projects delivered under long-term frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Manage commercial teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure robust financial performance across projects.
• Support continued growth of the business unit.

Qualifications

• Strong civil engineering or infrastructure background.
• Experience managing multiple schemes within framework environments.
• Previous exposure to public realm, highways or Local Authority works.
• Strong leadership, communication and commercial management skills.
