London | 6–12 month ftc | lloyd’s syndicate | hybrid (4 days office based)
A fast-growing Lloyd’s syndicate is looking to hire an experienced compliance manager on a fixed-term contract basis to support a busy and high-performing compliance function during a key period of growth and business change.
This is an excellent contract opportunity for someone with strong Lloyd’s syndicate / managing agent experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving insurance business with plenty of project exposure and senior stakeholder interaction.
You’ll be joining a highly regarded compliance team with real visibility across the business, supporting both BAU compliance activity and wider strategic/regulatory initiatives.

- Lloyd’s & FCA regulatory advisory
- Sanctions & complaints oversight
- Lloyd’s oversight principles
- Business change & compliance projects
- Mentoring junior team members
This role would suit an experienced compliance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, improving frameworks and getting involved in meaningful regulatory and operational projects within the Lloyd’s market.
Qualifications
- Lloyd’s syndicate or managing agent background
- Strong understanding of Lloyd’s and FCA requirements
- Experience within specialty insurance environments
