• Designed, deployed, and managed scalable cloud infrastructure primarily within AWS, supporting enterprise applications and services.
• Implemented security best practices across cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, network security, and compliance alignment with frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, and Cyber Essentials.
• Automated provisioning, patching, and configuration management to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Monitored and optimized cloud performance, availability, and cost using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to document cloud architectures, standards, and operational procedures aligned with organizational IT strategy.
• Provided technical guidance and subject matter expertise to engineers and IT teams on cloud technologies and infrastructure best practices.
• Supported multi-cloud workloads and networking components including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing to maintain secure connectivity and service continuity.
