Mental Health Practitioner: Elevate Primary Care, Aberdeen

OneMedical Group in Aberdeen is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to support Primary Care teams at Great Western and Whinhill Medical Practices. You will conduct mental health assessments, manage risk, deliver brief interventions and work closely with GPs to improve access to care.

The role requires RMN with NMC registration and a V300 prescriber annotation, plus experience in community or primary care settings.
