They are now looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in life sciences or diagnostics sales who thrives on building strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth within the molecular diagnostics and infectious disease markets.

Sales Manager – UK&I & Nordics UK-Based | Home-Based with Regional Travel

Drive sustainable year-on-year revenue growth through strategic account development and new business acquisition Develop and strengthen distributor partnerships while identifying channel gaps and growth opportunities Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, product management, legal, and marketing teams across EMEA and the US Conduct customer meetings via phone, email, MS Teams, conferences, and on-site visits Deliver strategic market analysis and identify emerging applications, customer segments, and growth areas Represent technical capabilities and communicate complex scientific solutions effectively to customers Degree or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or similar~5-10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within life sciences or diagnostics~ Strong network within diagnostic manufacturers, molecular diagnostics, or pharma R&D environments~ Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and commercial projects~ Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills~ Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail~ Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK&I and Nordics region~ Additional European languages would be beneficial
