They need someone to come in and review the process and suggest improvements or adaptations.

Look for shared service experience, ER experience, and third party experience with using a third-party organization for ER.

Project Title

ER Governance & Service Review (12 Weeks)

Project Aim

To stabilise ER delivery, reduce risk, and deliver a decision‑ready recommendation on the future ER operating model.

Phases

• Weeks 1‑2: Diagnose & Stabilise
• Weeks 3‑6: Govern & Generate Insight
• Weeks 7‑10: Design Future Model Options
• Weeks 11‑12: Decision & Handover
