We are hiring a Policy Servicing Executive to support backend operations and customer servicing functions under the Shield insurance team. Candidates with experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, claims support, or customer service administration are encouraged to apply.

Up to $4,000/month
Work Hours
Monday – Friday, Office Hours
Responsibilities
- Manage daily processing of customer policy servicing requests and escalations
- Handle policy-related requests accurately in accordance with service standards and guidelines
- Assess and resolve escalated cases and customer complaints independently
- Provide timely support to Financial Consultants and customers
- Maintain and update SOPs and user guides when required
- Process and approve payments within assigned authority limits
- Support team operations and perform ad hoc duties assigned by Team Lead
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder
- Prior experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, claims support, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of Shield plans will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem‑solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
