PMO Manager

London – Hybrid

Contract – Inside IR35

Rate: 500 GBP Per Day

Must be eligible / hold NPVV Clearance and a Counter Terrorism Check.

The PMO Manager at an account level is responsible for establishing, leading, and optimizing the Project Management Office to ensure the effective delivery of strategic initiatives across the account. This role oversees project governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery standards to drive transparency, alignment, and consistent project outcomes. The PMO Manager partners closely with executives, project teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support prioritisation, resource planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years’ experience in project/program management, including 3+ years managing a PMO or leading large programs within a BPO contract setting.
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
  • Professional certifications such as ChPP, PMQ, MSP or PMO‑specific credentials preferred.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a matrixed environment.
