£25 per hour (Inside IR35)

Full-time, temporary contract

Immediate start – 7 July 2026

Working pattern

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37 hours per week)

Based at One Angel Square and Westbridge

Up to 3 days per week working from home, depending on meetings and business needs

About the role

You will be responsible for managing energy performance across a portfolio of properties, helping to reduce consumption, improve efficiency and support sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analysing energy usage across sites
• Identifying cost-saving and energy efficiency opportunities
• Supporting carbon reduction and sustainability initiatives
• Managing energy data, reporting and complianceWorking with contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver improvements
• Supporting energy‑related projects across the estate

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Energy Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of energy management and compliance
• Experience working across multiple sites or estates
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
