32 hours per week. Monday: Flexible. Tuesday: Flexible. Wednesday: Flexible. Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00. Friday: 22:00 – 06:00. Saturday: 22:00 – 06:00. Sunday: 22:00 – 06:00.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent standards of customer service and fire safety.
• Deliver CQSMA standards: cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance, and atmosphere.
• Oversee the safe operation of the hotel overnight, including handling reservations and enquiries.
• Perform hourly security checks and direct evacuation during emergencies.
• Maintain the duty manager logbook and report all accidents and incidents.
• Ensure full compliance with licensing law, trading standards, customs & excise regulations, food hygiene, and health & fire safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Good conversational English and an excellent customer‑service focus.
• Strong communication skills with people at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure.
• Experience in managing conflict or emergency situations.
• Must be over 18, have a fixed residence near the hotel, and provide proof of right to work in the UK.
• Availability to work night shift and flexibility to accommodate the stated hours.
