Role Description

The Director, UK role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Director will oversee strategic operations, client relations, and business development initiatives within the UK jurisdiction. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, developing and executing growth strategies, and identifying new opportunities for the organization. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams and other group entities to deliver integrated financial services solutions aligning with BRB’s vision. The Director will act as a senior representative of the company in the UK market.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Expertise in investment banking, asset management, and financial services within a dual-regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong business development and client relationship management expertise, with a focus on high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
  • Experience in cross-border financial operations and understanding of markets in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and manage key partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications would be a plus.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
