About Yonder
Yonder is a VC backed business building the financial membership of the future. Starting with a credit card that has fun and experiences at its core, we are the antithesis to the traditional corporate credit card. While tech is revolutionising the finance industry, credit is still stuck in the Stone Age. We want to create a world where financial services are fair and conscious, and the stress of debt is eliminated for everyone.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to own performance and growth of our partner book. This is not a traditional account management job; you need sharp commercial judgement, the appetite to upsell, and the ability to build systems to measure health scoring. You will work closely with data, partners, and product to proactively spot signals that a partner is underperforming and to take action.
Responsibilities
- Monitor partners and intervene proactively to improve total spend through offer structure and placement strategy.
- Own renewals, rebooking and upsell conversations; transform a one‑campaign partner into a long‑term relationship.
- Segment the partner book by engagement level so effort is focused where it drives the most return.
- Onboard new partners quickly to drive real member engagement from day one.
- Build case studies that provide proof points for sales conversion and help win more of the right partners.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in account management, partner success or a similar relationship‑driven commercial role.
- Data‑literate and commercially curious; comfortable reading performance data and forming actionable insights.
- Understanding of the hospitality or dining space (or genuine excitement to learn about it).
- Obsessed with partner outcomes; advocates internally, pushes back when needed, and works to keep partners engaged.
- Thrives with ownership and autonomy; helps define how this function works without a playbook.
Preferred
- Background in F&B and knowledge of restaurants and venues marketing, footfall and loyalty.
Benefits
- £51,397 – £67,881 annual salary depending on experience.
- £27,215 – £39,578 stock options.
- 35 holidays (27 days annual leave + 8 days public leave).
- Team‑building offsites twice per year.
- Private healthcare with Bupa.
- Up to 12 weeks enhanced parental leave after 1 year.
- Learning & training allowance of £750 per year.
- Regular team breakfasts and lunches.
- Regular team events (Mini‑golf, Escape Room, Cocktail making).
- Cycle‑to‑work scheme.
- Fresh pour‑over coffee.
EEO Statement
We know that diverse teams build better products. If you’re from an under‑represented community, we especially welcome you to apply.
