Warranty Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced engineering professional to act as the on‑site representative during the warranty phase of Energy‑from‑Waste projects. This role is critical to ensuring plant reliability, resolving defects efficiently, and supporting high‑performance operations in line with both company and client expectations.

The Role

• Act as the on‑site lead for warranty and defect resolution activities
• Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client teams to maintain or restore plant operation
• Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty risk and cost
• Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners
• Maintain accurate records with clear, timely reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned

• Proven experience in plant operation, construction, or commissioning
• Strong technical problem‑solving and organisational skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and partners
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, ethical, and self‑motivated team player
