Shift Production Lead – Food Manufacturing & Automation

Alexander Steele is seeking a Production Shift Manager in Basildon to lead and develop a 15-person production team in a food manufacturing environment. This hands-on role requires overseeing daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting the transition to automated production.

The right candidate will have supervisory experience in production and a good understanding of food safety regulations. Competitive salary of £40,000 – £47,500 with 33 days holiday.
