Salary £70,000pa + Commission

Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Llandrindod – Remote based, must live within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Financial Directors serving private businesses with 2–50M £ revenue.
• Recruit, coach and motivate Financial Directors to deliver exceptional value to clients.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships; act as advisor, strategist and partner.
• Generate and nurture new sales leads to grow the regional portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officers to align regional strategy with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business strategy and track record of success in a financial services or advisory role.
• Established network of local businesses and decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude and strong listening and questioning skills.
• Experience managing a high‑performing team and driving regional growth.
