Role: Chief Information Security Officer
Location: London based, 3 days per week minimum
Duration: Fixed Term Contract – 6 months with view to extend
Compensation: Highly competitive
Lawrence Harvey are partnered with a business services provider that are truly sitting at the forefront of technology-driven solutions. They are searching for a proven, experience CISO to lead and mature their security posture during a critical phase of grwoth and transformation. This is high impact leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead security governance, policies, and enterprise risk management
- Own compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and business resilience (BIA, BCP, DR)
- Deliver cyber due diligence across M&A and define post-deal security priorities
- Oversee security operations, architecture (cloud/AI), and incident readiness
- Manage third-party risk and supplier security assurance
- Drive security culture and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience operating at CISO / Head of Information Security level in businesses that are undergoing major transformations
- Strong background in ISO 27001, NIST, and enterprise security frameworks
- Experience within financial services, telecoms, or complex regulated environments
- Track record of delivering security programmes in fast-paced or scaling organisations
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management, including board-level communication
