We are seeking an exceptional CSA Site Manager to take the lead on a high-profile data centre project. This is not a role for the average manager — we need a proven leader with the experience, technical knowledge, and drive to take ownership and deliver results.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) elements on-site, ensuring quality, programme, and safety targets are met — and exceeded. This role demands someone who can step into a challenging environment and bring a project back on track with confidence and authority.
Key Requirements
- Strong background delivering data centre projects (essential)
- Deep technical understanding of CSA disciplines, with solid architectural knowledge
- Demonstrated experience recovering delayed or off-track projects
- A hands-on leader who can drive teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple trades
- Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and tight deadlines
