Financial Reporting Analyst

£60,000 plus bonus and excellent package

A high profile FTSE-listed Real Estate business is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst responsible for joint venture accounting, to join its high-performing Financial Reporting team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) to step out of practice into into a broad and engaging role with real ownership and exposure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial reporting of several high-profile joint ventures, acting as a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external joint venture partners.
• Hands-on role offering breadth across management reporting, statutory accounts, technical accounting and cash flow management, alongside exposure to funding, distributions and business planning.
• Prepare management accounts and board packs, deliver performance analysis and support forecasting and annual business planning processes.
• Responsible for cash management, including monitoring funding requirements, preparing cash flow statements and supporting dividend distributions.
• Contribute to technical accounting matters through the preparation of accounting memos, while supporting covenant assessments, transactions and wider group initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams across Treasury, Tax, FP&A and Capital Markets to gain visibility across the business and develop technical and commercial skillsets.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally from a Big 4 or Top 10 background, with strong technical accounting skills and experience in financial reporting or audit.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and confident engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership in a varied and impactful role.
